07 June 2015 hello, I want to pay lump sum income tax payment for AY year 2015-16..kindly advice whether I need to tick on Self Assesst tax or Advance tax in 280 form Thanks a lot

08 June 2015 If it is for A/Y 15-16 then Self Assessment Tax as due dates of advance tax for AY 15-16 is over.

And liability to pay advance tax only arises when tax liability is more than Rs. 10,000/-
