1)Can I file The IT return of Business Income for A.Y.11-12 after the 31st Mar-2012?

18 April 2012 If your business income is nil then you can file your return on or before 31.03.2013
but if your income is taxable then Penalty of Rs. 5000 is imposable for non-filing of return within the assessment year.Interest is also chargeable for non-filing or late filing
