20 January 2014 Is the mediclaim paid by Agent on behalf of Assessee from his Bank Account is the same is allowable under section 80 D to the assessee considering the same as mediclaim paid by assessee through Bank ??

20 January 2014 Yes, It is allowed if Receipts is issue in name of Assessee.
