It is quite subjective question. It completely depends on your talent, the type of organisation you are joining and other economic factors. Ideally for a fresher it may be anything between 4 to 6 lakhs, if employed by companies and 2.5 to 5 lakhs, if employed by firms. PSUs normally offer above 6 lakhs and MNCs around 8-10 Lakhs. Please note that these are indicative numbers based on average pay packages offered during last few Campus Placements.
