Section 372A covers investments made in security of other body corporate.
i want to know whether trading done in Future and Options is also covered u/s 372A. if yes, how do we make entries in register maintained u/s 372A because in F&O margin fluctuates on a daily basis.

This are Important condition for 371A-
1.60% of its paid-up share capital and free reserves or
2. 100% of its free reserves.
Normally, this limit is not surpassing.
Also Company whose principal business is the acquisition of shares, stock, debentures or other securities are excempt from this section.

Thanx but my question remains unanswered.
Trading in Future and options comes under definition or not and if yes, how do we make entries in register as margins fluctuates on a daily basis.
i come under no category for any exemption.
