23b & 23ac
Can any one solve my query.
Mr. A was the auditor of company in F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09
He was dead but he filed 23B of that company but could not filed 23AC.
Now Mr. B is the auditor of that company he filed all 23B & 23AC from F.Y. 2009-10 onwards,but he could not file the 23AC of F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09.
Because he has not Mr. A details like PAN No.,Membership no. etc.
Mr. B find the membership no. from ICAI website, but could not found the PAN No. of Mr. A
Kindly advise how Mr. B File the 23AC without PAN No.

Earlier SRN No. Need Not to be Put in 23AC, so What the Problem?
Earlier No mandatory Filling of 23B.
and we have to enter SRN No. of old 23B due to requirement in Form 23AC
For the Financial Year 2007-08 and 2008-09 you can use SRN Z99999999 but you will trace Form-23B by inspecting the document of the company which filed by Mr. A as u said that he has filed Form-23B.
My issue is not relate to SRN no. My issue is relate to how we get the PAN no. of Mr. A to fill in 23AC
Download Form 23B, and Then See PAN Number in 23B Itself.
Form 23B Contain PAN of Auditor.
Inspect the Form-23B and take the detail therefrom.
Column No. 4.
We have not physical form 23B.

Inspect Public Documents. Pay Rs. 50.
But I think Year 2007-08 Docs are Not available. but You can get 2008-09. so get PAN details from that.
