Mr. A was the auditor of company in F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09 He was dead but he filed 23B of that company but could not filed 23AC. Now Mr. B is the auditor of that company he filed all 23B & 23AC from F.Y. 2009-10 onwards,but he could not file the 23AC of F.Y. 2007-08 & F.Y. 2008-09. Because he has not Mr. A details like PAN No.,Membership no. etc. Mr. B find the membership no. from ICAI website, but could not found the PAN No. of Mr. A
Kindly advise how Mr. B File the 23AC without PAN No.
For the Financial Year 2007-08 and 2008-09 you can use SRN Z99999999 but you will trace Form-23B by inspecting the document of the company which filed by Mr. A as u said that he has filed Form-23B.

I will suggest you to contact their firm, if possible, who has filed other company balance sheet or other paper from where you can trace the same.
