tax liability against receiving payment through paypal

11 January 2018 HELLO ,I m a gst practioner and my firm who sales their goods outside india through e commerce website and receives payment through paypal which is in INR so export liability haven't arises in it because payment i m receiving is in INR and export liability comes over other than INR so what should be the tax liability for it or they are included in b2b or b2c ..please explain soon

11 January 2018 Good sold out side India so it's export sales zero rated under GST. Furnish letter of undertaking no IGST payable.

11 January 2018 SIR BUT WE ARE NOT COMING IN THE EXPORTERS CATEGORY BECAUSE WE ARE RECEIVING THE PAYMENT IN INR THROUGH PAYPAL BUT THE EXPORT CATEGORY INCLUDES IN WHICH THE PAYMENT WE RECEIVE SHOULD BE IN FOREING CURRENCY BUT WE ARE RECEIVING IN BANK ACCOUNT FROM PAYPAL IN INR SO THIS EXPORT CATEGORY WONT APPLY ON US


11 January 2018 PayPal is one of the established method in money payments and transfers and their commission or charges are reasonable (normally upto 2 % of the amount for each transaction).
Banks are also doing this service but their charges are higher. Typically they charge $25 or more for each transaction.
The payment will be in foreign currency converted by PayPal.
