Our company is having two company secetaries.One is in Mumbai and other is in Bangalore. Our all business operations are carrried out in bangalore. Both have been appointed as Designation Company Secretary, I want to knw that can any of the companies secretaries can sign documents when it is required and also does both of them have the same power for signing the documents, . Another query is can a company can file Form 32 for 2 Company Secretaries regarding their appointment.
