Rule 4A of STR speaks of date of completion.
Rule 6 of STR : Speaks of service deemed to be provided (to be determined as per POT Rules).
Proviso to Rule 3 of POT: Date of completion of provision of service: It has specific reference to Rule 4A.
After reading above it is evident that there is no difference in these terms. Further these will be used only when invoice is not issued within stipulated time....
