If the tuition fees earned not as the profeesionals covered under 44AA then you can file ITR-1 showing all income as Income from other sources. other wise ITR-4

Dear Gaurav,
Your wife's current annual income of Rs. 1,10,000/- for the FY 2012-13 (Asst. Year 2013-14) is below the present minimum taxable limit of Rs. 2,80,000/- for housewives. If she holds a PAN No. and files her own Annual Return, tuition fees will be shown under the head "Profits and Gains from Business or Profession" and interest income will be shown under the head "Income from other sources".
