19 November 2018 CSR payment made to DEEDS ( Development Education Empowerment of Disadvantaged in Society) for training of deaf youth in housekeeping and hospitality trade.
Whether TDS is to be deducted or not

Please advise with some supporting.

There need not be TDS on donation made to another trust which is carrying on any charitable activities.
