if the assessee is regularly trading in the stock market along with other business activities whether to consider the incomes from such trading under the head PGBP or CG ? what will be the point of distinction between the both??

Very thin line of distiction. Generally, we treat it investment if it is held for a period of one month or more. But no prescribed guidelines for this in my knowledge.
