Dear all,
I want to start small computer parts with other electronic products shop @ Mumbai also I am Individual person who taken care of all activity but I dont knw how to start my shop what formality I have to follow which taxes applicable for me how to register my shop how much time it takes to register can any one explain me all these...

Intially you can start your business with PAN and bank account. If you cross the minimum turnover limit, you have to take VAT registraion.
