Hello Sir. My Client has a shop. He is doing mobile recharges and SIM activation. For this He gets commission on which TDS u/s 194H gets deducted. Now to claim refund of that TDS Which income tax return form should be filed ITR1 OR ITR3. Please suggest. the Purpose of filing return is to get refund only.

If if follow above process Sec44AD(4) shall apply on me. which says if i opt out from sec 44AD then i can not opt for next 5 assessment years and if my income exceed maximum amount not chargeable to tax then i am required to maintain books of accounts. Is my interpretation correct?

DEAR SIR AS PER LAW I AM NOT COVERED. BUT AS PER PRACTICE I HAVE BEEN FILING ITR for preceding Financial years under Sec 44AD only. Now if in this financial year i will file ITR 3 that means i am moving to Normal Taxation hence 44AD(4) shall apply on me
Assessee owns a building in which ground floor is used by him for his business and first floor is given on rent for residential purpose, what would be the treatment of rent received? Thanks Warm Regards
