Transfer/Termination of articles

I had completed 2 and a half years of my articleship and was terminated due to some medical grounds 3 months ago.
Now, i want to continue my CA again.
Can i re-register myself for the remaining period? If so, Then do i have to continue in the same firm? Will i get the credit of the articleship already served?
Please suggest!!

u vl get the credit for period served if u had fild form 108 aftr termination. U can resume nd join in any new firm or same previous one.
