How can a payment made to AP CT dept for Vat & cst be tracked. pl hep with the procedure in this regard.

03 July 2012 Go to apct.gov.in, click CTD main portal, go to dealer service and click dealer ledger and now use your login id and password. It will ask which period. Select the period,you will get the payment of VAT and CST.

however i am not able to log in - is the password to be used same as that i use for filing e-returns?
