My friend got termination from article training within 1 year from initial joining providing service of 8 months for personal reaso. Now he wants to join again articleship training , can he join so ?
If he is eligible for the same then earlier provided services would be continued or elapsed.

What is the minimum period after that he can join articleship again and could you please provide me link for that information , i couldn't find any information regarding this on icai website

he needs to complete the balance period with other ca after taking transfer.
