Sir Inrespect of an employee who have two house properties one being let out and loss under this head whether dectible for computing his tax liability by the employer and deductible. What is the procedure for intimating the loss under the let out property to the employer for TDS purpose. RGDS

the employee has to intimate to the concerned authority of his employer regarding the above facts., and it is the responsibility of the employer to collect all the above details and deduct the appropriate TDS amount from his salary
