09 December 2013 As per sec. 192, employer has option to pay tax on non-monetary benefits to employees. But he will deduct it from salary.

So who will get the benefit of TDS on non-monetary benefits? Employee or Employer!
If employee, what will be his taxable salary, including TDS on non-monetary benefits?
If employer, then will he be able to claim it as expense?

09 December 2013 tds when deducted ultimately only wmployee can claim in his return of income finally made on applicable due date.

Yes tds can be claimed as exp by employer.
