If the sale consideration is more than Rs.50 lakhs and the value for Registration as per the local guideline value is less than Rs.50 lakhs, i.e the value mentioned in the Regn document is less than Rs.50 lakhs , in which case whether the buyer has to compulsorily deduct TDS?
