hi, pl let me clear in case of TDs U/s 192 on salary the date of deposit would be 31 Mar or 7 april ? what would be the situation if salary paid for mar in April ?

Sorry,Mr Manmohan as per 192(1)TDs on salary should be deducted at the time of payment to employee not on credited means the concept of "payment or at the time of deduction which ever is earlier" is not applicable in sec 192.
Devashish :salary of mar will due on april or means paid to employee on april.
