Most of the Co-operative housing societies are making payment through cross cheque for the work get done viz. Terrace Shed, Painting, Repairs & maintenance which are in the tune of more than Rs. One Lace. In view of above expenses/payments made, please guide, what are the TDS requirements applicable to Co-operative societies.
