WHETHER TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED ON SERVICE TAX PART OF PROFESSIONAL PAYMENTS?

I AM HAVING THE SAME OPINION. BUT I HAVE HEARD THAT THERE IS A JUDGEMENT OF COURT REGARDING THIS AND TDS IS NOT TO BE DEDUCTED ON SERVICE TAX PART. IS IT TRUE?????

No there is a cirular for non deduction of TDS on service tax element for Rent. Except that TDS deductible on full bill. No such judgement is there.
