I have recieved tds certificate from deductor in previous year 08-09 which had been deducted & deposited in p.y-07-08 can we take it in my return previous year 08-09.

Whether you have booked the income of such TDS certificates in the P.Y. 2007-08? then you have to revise your return of income. Otherwise declare the income of such return in F.Y. 2008-09 and claim the TDS refund. Experts plz guide if I m wrong.
