Hello, Please suggest me that tds will deduct or not on legal expenses for stamp duty and documents for disbursement of loan. I am waiting your best suggestion. Thank You

If it is the reimbursement for stamp duty and documents for disbursements for loan and a separate bill has been given then there is no need for TDS. However if it is not the reimbursement and no separate bill is given then deduct tax .
