TDS u/s 195 - If tax is deducted for individual A's account and the net amount has been recived in the bank account of Mrs.B(wife of Mr.A) then who is eligible for tds benefit and what journal entry has to be passed in these case and in whose account ?

PAN to vendor who can claim the tds . there is not possible for payment will sent by the vendor in other a/c due to bank before remittance check every thing. may possible bill also issue in name of his wife.
