Dear Sir,
I need to deduct TDS in the FY 2014-15 but unfortunately i deduct it in FY 2015-16. But the deductee has already filed the income tax return and he need to get benefit of TDS in the next year. If I file the TDS return with deduction date in this FY can the assess get refund for this FY.
Please advice me on this matter.

Deduction only available in year of deduction and payment made to dept.
