I need to deduct TDS in the FY 2014-15 but unfortunately i deduct it in FY 2015-16. But the deductee has already filed the income tax return and he need to get benefit of TDS in the next year. If I file the TDS return with deduction date in this FY can the assess get refund for this FY. Please advice me on this matter.
