What does it means "Reliance Communications is a 'BUY' with a target of Rs 135 and a stop loss of Rs 124.?"

it mean you can buy rcom shares at prevailing market price with the expectation of it reaching Rs 135 at which you can sell it, and you should exit it at loss if it falls to rs. 124.
