i need complete understanind of service tax and also tell me what is service tax input and who will pay this and wheather it is liability or asset urgent

The activity performed for others on which you charge the service charge. On this service charge, service tax is liable. The liability of service tax can be adjusted towards input tax credit which you can take on other services availed from other service providers. This is a statutory liability.
