If a SSI unit who is availing SSI exemption, manufacturing branded goods also, can pay excise duty on branded goods quarterly.
Please suggest me alongwith relevant provisions

If own brand name then SSI exemption will be available and you can pay the duty quarterly. For other brand name SSI exemption will not be applicable.
