We are a company registered with ROC Karnataka. 100% subsidiary of Australian Company. We are providing design/data analysis services to our Sister company at Australia. kindly let us know the followings 1. Do we have to charge service tax while raising invoice in foreign currency to our sister concern. 2. if yes at what rate service tax rate to be charged.

Export of service is exempt from service tax.The payment should be received in Foreign Currency. In your case, since the service is provided outside india it will be exempt from ST.
