15 December 2011 In FY 2011-12 while filing of Service Tax Return in Form ST-3. We want to mention the ST notification no. against which exemption is claimed. Therefore the threshold limit for Service Tax is Rs.10 Lacs wide Notification No.08/2008 but it is not found in the list of notification provided by Service Tax Department. How can file the Service Tax Return. Kindly suggest the same.

You can manually type Notification number in that green cell as "8/2008 ST". Generally the department provide regularly used notifications. If such notification was not found in the given list we can type our own.
