Hello, we are register under BAS, GTA and authorised service center, can we avail the cenvat credit from tiles, plywood, aluminium, iron for setup of the new workshop Please suggetst us.

If you are fabricating some capital goods ( as defined Ch 82,84,85,90) out of the credit on the inputs used then the credit could be available as the CG wouldbe used in provding taxable services.
