A person providing hotal & accomondation services is it liable to pay service tax ?

Hotel Accommodation only service tax 1.20 % 0.024% cess + 0.012% S&H=1.236 %
Hotel accommodation with meals 4.80 % 0.096% + 0.048% =4.944 %
