22 December 2010 I am preparing an internal audit report where there is a point noted company billed twice in many cases. so i want to frame a point on this saying it will spoil our relationship with client due to lack of internal control. So pls help me to frame a sentence in this regard. mentioning lack of internal control and relationship with client.

22 December 2010 You can write that "while vouching the sales transactions it has come to our notice that company has billed twice in some instances. This shows that there is a need to establish proper internal controls for the sales transactions so that company can rebuild faith of the clients in this respect.
