Internal Audit of a bank includes; checking of revenue leakage, documentation of loans, operation of loans, procedures for opening of accounts, cash management, security stationary custody, security arrangements, tds,NPA classification, peridic inspections at borrowers' sites etc. Moreover, you may refer to the Guidance Note on Bank Audits issued by the ICAI.
