Whether rebate received from credit card company on payments made through the card considered supply under GST. Whether GST needs to be paid on it?

Instant cashback and deferred cashback/rewards/ rebate (as in your case) are considered as a kind of discount. Expenses will be booked net of these rebates. You need to set off expenses against these rewards and will not required report in GST
