14 December 2010 I wants to know Standard Ratio of Shortage due to melting loss in stainless steel Patta-Patti processing unit. Please give reference if any articled regarding this and general criteria in such industries.

14 December 2010 If It's Foundry Divisioin upto 6% loss allow ( Include Invisable Loss and Slag )
if more then 6% is abnormal loss
