Your question is not clear, However i understand your query, you asking about the eligibility to get the final attempt after completion of IPCC.
Final attempt eligibility is depending on the completion of the articleship training not on the completion of the IPCC.
As per the ICAI regulations those who completed their articleship period by 2.5 years as on the first day of the exams commencing month(means has to serve last six months of articleship training period including excess leave if any as on the first day of exams commencing month) are eligible to write final exams for such attempt if they have valid final registration.
So to get final registration required to complete IPCC.
So there is no link to get final attempt eligibility with the Completion of IPCC. So only requirement is has to complete 2.5 years of articleship and qualify of IPCC.
In one word as per your words not required 2.5 years gap between IPCC completion and Final attempt eligibility.
