Whether interest paid / payable on Housing Loan taken for 2 different properties within same Assessment Year, each eligible under Section 24(i) of Income Tax Act, 1961?

As the income from each property is assessed separately and deduction of interest is also made separately. So you deduct interest, each eligible u/s 24(i) of the Income Tax Act, 1961?
