Whether company liable to pay GST under reverse Charge on professional or consultancy services received from director. Please provide exhaustive explanation in this regard

yes company shall pay GST under reverse charge. As per Notification number 13/2017, if services are supplied by a director of a company to the said company then company shall pay the GST under reverse charge as recipient of service
