So with the use of pivot table you can present important information and can link the residuary information For instance,if you create debtors ageing schedule.Once you complete all neccessary information like name,address,invoice numbers,amount ,then with the use of pivot table you can link these information and present the required information only.And can keep the residuary information back side that you will show as and when required
