02 September 2013 Sir, pl guide how partnership is to be disaolved in case of two partners disputed.Partnership is 50:50

02 September 2013 A partnership firm may be dissolved by preparing a Dissolution Agreement.

Dissolution Agreement:
Partnership arises from contract and can come to an end by contract. Therefore, the firm may be dissolved with the consent of all the partners or in accordance with a contract between the partners.
