07 July 2012 A firm providing administrative service to a foreign company from india is this is a BPO ? what should be the minimum net earning percentage for BPO is there any other taxation liabilities for BPO's.

24 July 2012 It depends on the agreement and arrangement between the Indian Company and foreign company. Generally the rate should be Gross around 20%
