Dear Experts Assesee has not submitted the medical bills to the employer at the time of TDS. Hence tax deducted for the entire 15,000 medical alownace by the employer.
Now Assessee has obtained the bills from the hospital, Can he Claim the allowance and get the refund by filing the Income tax return
