an assessee having income from profession (Part time accounting services) app 1.5 lakh per annuam from last 2 financial year. He is working as full time accountant as well (Income from salary)
is it mandetory to maintain books of account for him
please let me know which all records to be maintain as he is receiving most of part time accounting charges in cash and expenses like traving, phone, printing & stationery are also in cash only.
apart from that which itr form to use for filling income tax return of ass year 2015-16
