1/6th of the actual worked days are eligible leaves to an articles student during his articleship training period.
For example: During 3 years of articleship training period(means 1095 days) a student taken leave of 120 days then eligible leaves are 1/6*Actual working days.
Actual working days = Total days of articleship training - leaves taken by the student thus for the above example Actual working days is 1095-120 = 975.
Eligible leaves = Actual working days/6 thus = 975/6=162.5 days eligible Example 2: Leaves taken is 140 days then eligible leaves = (1095-140)/6=159 days Example 3: Leaves taken is 160 days then eligible leaves = (1095-160)/6 = 156 days means in this case student has 4 days of excess leave(actual leaves-eligible leaves i.e 160-156 = 4 days).
