31 December 2011 You can debit the expenses in the following Indirect Expenses items.

I will suggest you to debit it in either Fees & Renewals or General Expenses (It basically depends on the ledgers you have created)

The journal entry will be..

Fees & Renewals A/c. Dr. 1500-00
To. Cash / Bank A/c. 1500-00
