Is vat charged on sale exclusively to a company ?

10 January 2013 Our client has entered into an agreement with a company for manufacturing a mold. and the product from that mold will exclusively be sold to that company only. So does this sale come under VAT or Excise or Service Tax?

10 January 2013 In case of a manufacturing unit Excise duty will be levied on satisfaction of required terms. VAT shall be charged as per state VAT law.
