for tax, do need to purchase a new book for AY 11-12?

07 December 2010 The A. Y. applicable for May 2011 exams is A. Y. 2011 - 12 only. But since you have already purchased the book for A. Y. 2010 - 11 you could purchase the book for latest amendments in direct taxes which would be published in due course by the institute.
